Our Story

Manuka House & Studios was born from a simple vision: to create a sanctuary where timeless luxury meets the effortless soul of Bingin. We believe that a space should be as functional as it is breathtaking.

Thoughtfully designed for families and curated for the design-conscious traveler, our villa and two independent studios offer a rare flexibility. Whether booked individually or as a complete estate, Manuka is a place for groups of friends and multigenerational families to gather under the Uluwatu sun without compromising on style.

The Estate

At the heart of The Manuka House lies a 16-meter lap pool, with a shallow children’s area, flanked by an expansive outdoor dining space with both a gas BBQ and an Egg BBQ; designed for late breakfasts, lazy lunches and tropical evening cocktails. Culinary enthusiasts will find two distinct spaces: a stylish villa main kitchen for daily living and a fully-equipped Chef’s kitchen: ideal for private catering and hosting.

For those seeking restoration, our wellness facilities include a private sauna and ice bath, offering a professional-grade recovery experience in the privacy of your villa.

Each of our two independent Studios feature their own private plunge pools, providing a secluded sanctuary for quiet mornings or starlit dips.

  • The house sleeps up to 12 across 4 ensuite bedrooms.
    Master Bedroom: Superking bed
    Bedroom 1: Superking bed
    Bedroom 2: Two twin beds or one double
    Bedroom3: Double bed below with two singles above (for children)
    Office: Sofabed with two single beds (more suitable for children).

  • For The House, check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am.


    For The Studios, check-in is from 2pm and check out is by 11am.
    Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, the villa is very child-friendly. Unlike many properties in Bali, all bedrooms are under one roof and accessed from within the house. The villa can be fully enclosed to keep mosquitos out and aircon throughout will ensure a comfortable temperature.
    We can provide a pool fence at an additional cost, just let us know when you make your booking.

  • Yes, we can provide both a cot and a high chair free of charge. If you need additional, please let us know when you book and we can arrange rental.

  • Absolutely! Airport transfers, a private driver, motorbike hire, surf lessons, in-villa massages.

  • Yes: whether you just want breakfast every morning, all meals fully catered or a mixologist for sundowners, we can accommodate what you desire, at an additional cost. Please let us know when you book what you would like.
